The exclusive rest home called ‘Jurmala Wave’ includes a modern 8-storied building with spacious terraces and a basement floor. An open terrace house. A characteristic pyramidal silhouette is harmoniously placed into the surrounding landscape. Such an effect is intensified by large green terraces, which symmetrically descend from floors 8 to 4. The ‘Jurmala Wave’ rest home is situated in an exclusive Jurmala town district, in 13/15 Dzintaru prospekts, Dzintari, in the quiet Jurmala center, next to the Dzintari Concert Hall and 100 meters from the seashore, 400 meters from Jomas Street. The distance to Riga Airport is 13 kilometers and 23 kilometers to Riga downtown.
There is a developed town infrastructure around the development, with an adjacent pinery, tennis courts and the many shops, cafes and restaurants, banks, drugstores of Jomas Street and other places of interest. A number of sanatoriums and recuperation complexes, sport clubs are also situated in Dzintari and Majori.
