There are fully equipped 55 two, three and four bedroom apartments available in the building, with the area ranging from 47,6 to 160,5 m². Apartments are located from the second to sixth floor. During the reconstruction, the existing building planning and new apartments were redesigned in line with today’s requirements. People living in the building will also have access to a storage room on the basement floor. 

The adjacent area and courtyards of the building are well-fitted with plants, recreational areas and bicycle parking.
The residential building was built in 1912 representing art nouveau line of architecture and serving as an architectural testimony of the early 20th century of the suburb of Riga. The location of the building is included in UNESCO’s World Heritage List and is an architectural monument of local importance.

There is a fully renovated multi-apartment residential building at 41 Pernavas Street, at the corner of Pernavas and Stadiona Streets, creating a modern environment for living.
