About the project:
Eight 4-storey buildings in a landscaped, calm area. There are functional and comfortably designed two-room and three-room apartments (44 m² - 102 m²), giving you the opportunity to purchase a room layout that will suit your needs!
The project will be finished in the second part of 2022.
High-quality and long-lasting engineering systems, amenities, coverings and materials have been used in the design and construction of the buildings.
Project developer JSC “Murjāņu 70”, architects - SIA “Zenico Projekts”, builders - SIA “Bazalts”.
Currently, the interior decoration stage of the apartments has started. All 8 four-storey buildings are already under the roof, their exterior decoration is underway, city communications have been added to the buildings.
